Debbie Welch brings over 20 years of administrative and programming experience to her work at Carriage House Children’s Center. She served as an adjunct faculty member and Director of Community College of Allegheny County North Campus Child Development Center. Collaboration and community development are integral to Debbie’s approach to education. She shares, “Leadership skills are based on the foundation of relationship building with all members of the learning community. Intentional relationship building, collaborative learning experiences, and careful reflection on policy and practice leads to the success of a high quality learning community.”
