Financial Agreement Terms for 2024-2025 School Year

Carriage House Children’s Center is open five days a week from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Part-time schedules cannot be consecutive days. A sibling discount of 5% of the tuition for the oldest child is offered to families with more than one child when children are enrolled full-time for 12 months.

The Center provides a developmentally appropriate program, including rest, lunch, and an AM and PM snack. Tuition cannot be deducted for days absent. Yearly tuition is prorated over the number of contracted months. Payments are due on the fifth of each month. A late fee of $15.00 is charged after that date. A $25 fee will be charged for any changes to this agreement.

The admission deposit may be credited against the last tuition payment of the child’s enrollment at the Center, provided all contractual agreements are met. If circumstances necessitate withdrawing the child from the program before starting in September or before the end date of this agreement, parents are responsible for two months’ tuition. If the child is in attendance, tuition will be charged for two months after the child’s last day. The deposit, however, is not refundable. Staffing is based on the hours you requested. We require that you follow that schedule and make a request if you need to make a change so we can adjust staffing. All children must be picked up promptly by their scheduled departure time. There will be a charge of $10 per ten-minute interval if you are late picking up your child beyond the program closing times of 1:00 PM, 3:30 PM, or 5:30 PM.

Carriage House strives to provide a safe childcare environment. We reserve the right to close for any reason that we feel is in the best interest of our staff and children’s safety. This may include, but is not limited to, mandates from state or local public health officials, difficulty obtaining the supplies & equipment necessary for care, and increased student and/or staff absenteeism due to communicable disease. If the Center needs to close for any of the reasons listed above, parents are responsible for paying tuition during the closure, not to exceed one month’s tuition.
